Frequently Asked Questions:
  • When does the program begin?  At dismissal time on the first day of school, August 9th
  • Will HEARTS & PrimeTime services be in-person?   Yes.  All programs will be on-site this year.
  • How will parents know if their child is accepted into the program?  TOSAs will confirm enrollment via email.  Grant funding priority states that we must serve foster youth and students experiencing homelessness, so we must ensure these students have access first.
  • Will my site's HEARTS/PrimeTime program enrollment/attendance target be reduced next year?  Targets are determined by how much a site is funded by the state or federal grant.  No site funding was reduced for 2021-22, so all attendance targets remain the same.  With reduced enrollment, maintaining the same attendance target may be a challenge for some sites.
  • May virtual students participate in HEARTS or PrimeTime?  No, only students enrolled at your site may participate in the regular school year program.
