Frequently Asked Questions:
  • When does the program begin?  At dismissal time on the first day of school, August 12th
  • Will HEARTS services be in-person?   Yes.  All programs will be on-site.
  • How will parents know if their child is accepted into the program?  TOSAs will confirm enrollment via email.  Grant funding priority states that we must serve foster youth and students experiencing homelessness, so we must ensure these students have access first.
  • Is there a specific time that I need to pick up my child/children? Contact the HEARTS Coordinator for specific details.  The last student pick-up of the day is 5:45 pm.
  • Can I still complete an application even though school has begun?  Student applications are accepted at any time.  The TOSA will contact families if enrollment is approved.  If the program is impacted, students will be placed on a waiting list.
